International Falls is the home of Rainy Lake and Rainy River
These two fisheries produce world class walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, crappies and sturgeon!
The open water season, which usually runs from the end of April to November, gives anglers all kinds of opportunities to fish these bodies of water.
The Rainy River is fantastic! Huge walleye, and sturgeon abound in these waters. Rainy Lake lies in the heart of Voyageurs National Park, named one of the top five parks in the nation.
The winter season opens a whole new opportunity for sportsmen and adventurers alike. Ice fishing is unbelievable with walleye as big as 14 pounds being caught, and pike to 25 pounds! There are plenty of eaters to be had too!
We have miles and miles of snowmobiling trails that are groomed regularly. These trails wind through some of the most beautiful forests lands to be seen anywhere.
